Article 1 – Purpose of the show<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Icone Events, a French soci\u00e9t\u00e9 par actions simplifi\u00e9e (simplified joint stock company), registered in the Lille M\u00e9tropole Trade and Companies Register under number 943710079 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) is organizing a contemporary art fair to be held from October 29 to November 2, 2025 at the Palais des Congr\u00e8s in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage (hereinafter referred to as the Fair).<\/p>\n\n

This show is reserved for art galleries.<\/p>\n\n

The Salon is part of a demanding curatorial approach, guided by criteria of quality, singularity and artistic coherence. Its ambition is to present a representative panorama of current contemporary creation, highlighting strong, innovative and meaningful approaches. <\/p>\n\n

The Salon welcomes both established and emerging artists, provided their work bears witness to a clear vision, an accomplished artistic statement and a coherent professional commitment. Particular attention is paid to institutional careers, significant exhibitions, and presence in recognized public or private collections. <\/p>\n\n

Article 2 – Scope of application – Contractual documents<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

These General Conditions and Internal Regulations are binding on all exhibitors and prospective exhibitors.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

They are supplemented by the provisions set out in the application form.<\/p>\n\n

Submission of the application form implies acceptance of these general conditions and rules of procedure, and of the ethical and artistic charter.<\/p>\n\n

These general conditions and rules of procedure are supplemented by any conditions set by the lessor and\/or the owner of the venue where the show is held.<\/p>\n\n

Any other document and\/or condition issued by an exhibitor or prospective exhibitor not expressly accepted by the Organizer shall be unenforceable.<\/p>\n\n

Article 3 – Application for admission<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Applications for admission must be made on the www.artplustouquet.fr<\/a> website by completing the \u201cApplication for admission\u201d form.<\/p>\n\n

Applications for participation must be accompanied by a kbis extract less than 3 months old for French exhibitors and a document certifying legal status in the country of origin for foreign exhibitors, an insurance certificate, an IBAN\/BIC extract, payment of the application and registration fees, and the signed Ethical and Artistic Charter.<\/p>\n\n

The application fee is the consideration for the examination of the application. They are forfeited to the Organizer, even if the application is rejected. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Organizer will only examine complete applications. Submission of an incomplete file may justify rejection of the application by the Organizer. <\/p>\n\n

When applying for admission, applicants are invited to express their wishes in terms of stand area and location.<\/p>\n\n

The square meters requested by the applicant will only be granted subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer takes this into account, as far as possible, when allocating the stand to the applicant.<\/p>\n\n

The application must indicate whether the exhibitor wishes to bring in artists, their number and names.<\/p>\n\n

Article 4 – Firm commitment by the applicant<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Any candidate who submits an application for admission is bound by a firm commitment to attend the Show if his or her application is accepted.<\/p>\n\n

If the stand does not comply with the applicant’s wishes, the applicant may not withdraw from the contract.<\/p>\n\n

Article 5 – Conclusion of the contract<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Application does not constitute admission.<\/p>\n\n

To ensure the coherence of the Show, its image and the Organizer’s artistic choices, all applications for admission are examined and selected by the committee appointed by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n

The committee is made up of legitimate and influential figures from the contemporary art world: curators, art center directors, critics, collectors and artists. Their mission is to ensure the coherence and excellence of the program, while respecting the Salon’s artistic identity. <\/p>\n\n

Projects are examined according to several criteria, including :<\/p>\n\n

– The artistic quality of the proposed works;<\/p>\n\n

– The originality and singularity of the curatorial approach;<\/p>\n\n

– The coherence of the artist selection within the stand;<\/p>\n\n

– The relevance of the artists’ careers (training, exhibitions, residencies, collectors, publications, etc.);<\/p>\n\n

– The quality of the visual communication, the artistic discourse and the scenography envisaged.<\/p>\n\n

The presence of emerging artists is fully encouraged, as long as their work is in line with a logic of professionalization, driven by a clear vision and supported by a gallery committed to accompanying them.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer is free to accept or refuse admission without having to justify its decision.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation of justification, to refuse :<\/p>\n\n

– any initial application that does not meet the above criteria,<\/p>\n\n

– any artistic proposal deemed incoherent or insufficiently structured,<\/p>\n\n

– or any substantial modification to the project submitted after validation (change of artist, works, curatorial line, etc.).<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer may also send the candidate exhibitor a proposal to modify his order.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor’s application is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed in writing by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n

If the Organizer fails to reply at least fifteen (15) days before the date of the event, the application will be rejected.<\/p>\n\n

Once the application has been expressly confirmed by the Organizer, the exhibitor has 10 days from this express confirmation to pay the deposit.<\/p>\n\n

The remaining balance must be paid at least thirty days before the event.<\/p>\n\n

In the event of an application being accepted by the Organizer less than thirty days before the date of the event, the exhibitor is liable for full payment of the price upon receipt of written confirmation from the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer is only definitively committed once full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n

Article 6 – Prohibition on subletting the site or assigning the contract<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The contract is concluded in consideration of the exhibitor’s person, image and artistic choices.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor may not assign the benefit of the contract concluded with the Organizer to a third party without the Organizer’s prior express written consent.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor is also forbidden to sublet all or part of the site, whatever the terms.<\/p>\n\n

Article 7 – Modification – Cancellation of participation<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Once the application for admission has been accepted by the Organizer, the exhibitor who wishes to cancel his participation, if his request for cancellation reaches the Organizer more than two months before the opening date of the Show, will be liable for the loss of the deposit, without prejudice to any other damages.<\/p>\n\n

Any cancellation of participation by an exhibitor, notified less than two months before the date of the Show, will result in the invoicing of all sums due in respect of the accepted application for participation.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor may cancel his participation and be reimbursed if, and only if, he can prove the existence of a case of force majeure meeting the conditions of article 1218 of the French Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n

Article 8 – Location<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Stands are located according to the configuration of the site and in keeping with the artistic coherence of the Show. As far as possible, the Organizer takes into account the exhibitor’s wishes. <\/p>\n\n

8.1<\/strong> – Provision of pitches<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Payment in full is required before the pitch can be made available.<\/p>\n\n

Any exhibitor for whom the Organizer has not received payment in full prior to installation will be refused entry and installation of the stand. <\/strong>In this respect, the Organizer does not take into account the fact that the exhibitor has travelled to the Show.<\/p>\n\n

8.<\/strong>2 – Site layout<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

In order to maintain the Show’s brand image and coherence, pitches must be set up no later than the morning of the opening of the Show.<\/p>\n\n

Any delay in setting up the stand will incur penalties of \u20ac50 per hour of delay.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor sets up his stand exclusively within the limits of the allocated space and must not encroach on the aisles.<\/p>\n\n

Any unoccupied space may be allocated to another exhibitor without any compensation to the original exhibitor.<\/p>\n\n

8.3 – Site equipment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The stand includes the equipment requested at the time of application.<\/p>\n\n

8.4 – Works presented<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Exhibitors may only display the type of works specified in their application for admission.<\/p>\n\n

Exhibitors may invite artists they represent to their stand.<\/p>\n\n

When applying for admission, exhibitors must indicate the number and identity of artists they wish to invite to their stand.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor may, even if his application has already been accepted by the Organizer, propose the participation of new artists. The Organizer’s agreement is still required. <\/p>\n\n

The Organizer is free to accept or refuse, without having to give any justification, that one or more artists participate in the Show.<\/p>\n\n

If accepted, the Organizer will enter the artist in the Salon. <\/p>\n\n

In view of the Salon’s brand image, a minimum space of eight (8) square meters must be reserved for the exhibition of works by a single artist.<\/p>\n\n

8.5 – Stand quality – Cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor undertakes to provide a stand of the highest quality, both in terms of its layout and the works exhibited.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor is responsible for keeping the stand clean.<\/p>\n\n

8.6 – Stand presence<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Exhibitors, in their own interest, undertake to maintain a permanent physical presence on the stand to welcome visitors.<\/p>\n\n

8.7 – Additional services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Organizer may offer additional services to the provision of the site. These services are presented on the Organizer’s website. <\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor sends a written request to the Organizer, detailing the services required.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer sends an estimate to the exhibitor.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor sends the Organizer the signed quotation, together with payment.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer is not bound until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n

Article 9 – Canvassing<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Exhibitors are prohibited from canvassing in the aisles of the Show.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor is informed that for any sale made following a canvassing outside his stand, the buyer is likely to benefit from the right of withdrawal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Organizer shall provide the exhibitor with a sign informing him of the right of withdrawal, which must be displayed in a visible place on the stand.<\/p>\n\n

Article 10 – Assembly\/Dismantling<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

During set-up and dismantling, only vehicles required for stand assembly are allowed. Vehicle access conditions are specified in the exhibitor’s practical guide. <\/p>\n\n

Dismantling work is only authorized from the last day of the Show, 30 minutes after closing time to the public, and must be completed by the date and time indicated on the schedule.<\/p>\n\n

The stand must be returned in the condition in which it was made available.<\/p>\n\n

Any material abandoned on the stand will be destroyed, 8 days after a formal notice has remained unsuccessful, or kept at the exhibitor’s risk.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor will be charged a storage fee if the deadline is missed. These charges may vary according to the size and nature of the material. <\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor is solely responsible for any damage caused by or to materials not removed.<\/p>\n\n

Article 11 – Intellectual property<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Exhibitors are responsible for the works displayed on their stand. He\/she must possess the necessary rights and authorizations for their display on the stand. <\/p>\n\n

The Organizer assumes no liability in the event of infringement of third-party rights. The exhibitor guarantees the Organizer against any action, in particular infringement action, brought against the Organizer and based on an infringement of rights protecting works and items exhibited at the Show by the exhibitor. <\/p>\n\n

Article 12 – Cancellation – Postponement of the Show<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If the Organizer is obliged to cancel or postpone the Exhibition, in particular for reasons of force majeure or an overriding reason beyond its control, the sums already paid by the Exhibitor will be reimbursed, including the application and registration fees.<\/p>\n\n

Apart from cases of force majeure, the Organizer may cancel the Show up to September1,<\/sup> 2025.<\/p>\n\n

Any sums already paid by the Exhibitor will be reimbursed, including handling fees.<\/p>\n\n

Whatever the reason, cancellation does not entitle the exhibitor to any compensation.<\/p>\n\n

Article 13 – Financial terms and conditions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

13<\/strong>.1 – Application fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All admission applications are subject to a processing fee.<\/p>\n\n

These fees are definitively acquired by the Organizer in consideration of the examination and study of the application, and will not be reimbursed, even in the event of refusal of the application, except in the cases indicated in Article 12.<\/p>\n\n

13.2 – Registration fees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

All applications for admission are subject to payment of a registration fee, in addition to the application fee.<\/p>\n\n

This fee will be refunded to the candidate who has not been accepted by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n

However, if the exhibitor fails to participate for any reason beyond the control of the Organizer, these fees will be retained by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n

13.<\/strong>3 – Terms of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The application and registration fees must be paid at the same time as the application is sent to the Organizer. The Organizer will not examine the exhibitor’s application before payment of this fee. <\/p>\n\n

Once the exhibitor’s participation has been confirmed, the exhibitor has ten (10) days from receipt of this confirmation to pay the deposit.<\/p>\n\n

The remaining balance must be paid no later than thirty (30) days before the opening date of the Show. <\/p>\n\n

In the event of an application being accepted by the Organizer less than thirty days before the date of the event, the exhibitor is liable for full payment of the price upon receipt of written confirmation from the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n

Exhibitors may pay by credit card, online on the Organizer’s website, or by bank transfer to the Organizer’s address sent with confirmation of participation.<\/p>\n\n

No discount is granted for advance or prepayment. Any billing dispute does not suspend payment of the invoice. <\/p>\n\n

Payments are only considered to have been made once the Organizer has actually received the sums.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of payment in the event of non-payment, late payment, risk of insolvency and generally in the event of information likely to give rise to a risk of non-payment. <\/p>\n\n

13.4 – Additional services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Organizer may offer additional services as part of the Show.<\/p>\n\n

Any order for additional services will only be accepted by the Organizer if accompanied by the corresponding payment.<\/p>\n\n

13.5 – Default of payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If payment is not received by the due date, the admission decision may be cancelled.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer may then dispose of the reserved site and will retain the sums already paid by the exhibitor by way of compensation, without prejudice to any action for compensation for the loss suffered.<\/p>\n\n

Any invoice not paid by the due date will incur a late payment penalty equal to three times the current legal interest rate.<\/p>\n\n

In addition, late payment or non-payment will result in the payment of a flat-rate indemnity for collection costs of \u20ac40.<\/p>\n\n

In the event of higher collection costs, the Organizer may request additional compensation.<\/p>\n\n

13.6 – Foreign exchange costs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Payment must be made in euros (\u20ac) at the Organizer’s head office.<\/p>\n\n

In the case of foreign exhibitors, exchange rates and international payment charges are at the exhibitor’s expense.<\/p>\n\n

Article 14 – Complaints<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Any complaint made by an exhibitor concerning invoices received and\/or services provided by the Organizer, and in particular the stand provided, must be submitted no later than 10 days prior to the opening of the Show.<\/p>\n\n

Any claim relating to attendance at the Show, to the stand and\/or to the sales achieved by the exhibitor during the Show is inadmissible.<\/p>\n\n

Similarly, any claim relating to the pitch provided is inadmissible.<\/p>\n\n

In any event, any claim, dispute or reservation of any kind whatsoever cannot justify non-payment or late payment of an invoice.<\/p>\n\n

Article 15 – Catalogue – Communication – Use of exhibitor’s image<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Organizer undertakes to communicate before, during and after the Show in order to promote the Show and increase its reputation and attendance.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor authorizes the Organizer to use the exhibitor’s name and distinctive signs (logo, etc…) to present the Show before, during and after it takes place.<\/p>\n\n

Registration entitles the exhibitor to be listed in the catalog and on the website, and to receive a copy of the catalog.<\/p>\n\n

The text of the catalog is finalized no later than 6 weeks before the opening of the Show, for printing reasons in particular.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer takes great care in preparing the catalog. However, it cannot guarantee the absence of errors or omissions. <\/p>\n\n

Advertisements to be inserted in the catalog will be the subject of a contract between the exhibitor and the catalog publisher, to which the Organizer is not a party.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor is hereby informed that in the event of filming, television reporting, photography or TV broadcasting of the event, his image or that of his employees and registered artists may be used, to which he consents without compensation.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor is responsible for obtaining the consent of its employees and artists to the distribution of their image.<\/p>\n\n

As part of the promotion of the event, the Organizer may communicate on the exhibition of works by the exhibitor, notably in its catalog, but also on its website and social networks. The Organizer may also capture the image of a work exhibited by the exhibitor during the Show and broadcast it in multimedia content during and after the Show. <\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor declares that he holds the rights to use the work, and in particular the economic rights of representation and reproduction of the works he exhibits at the Show.<\/p>\n\n

By registering for the Show, the exhibitor therefore authorizes the Organizer to reproduce the works exhibited or planned to be exhibited at the Show on all advertising and promotional media, and in particular on its catalog, website and social networks, for the purpose of promoting and communicating about the Show.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor guarantees the Organizer against any action brought against the Organizer by the authors of the works or by any holder of copyright on the works exhibited at the Show.<\/p>\n\n

Article 16 – Warranty – Liability<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Subject to the hypotheses of cancellation, the Organizer only guarantees the holding of the Show, the provision of the site and the realization of the complementary services ordered, provided that the Exhibitor is up to date with his obligations, in particular payments.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer promotes the Show.<\/p>\n\n

The Organizer gives no other guarantee. In particular, the Organizer in no way guarantees that the Show will be well attended, that visitors will be qualified, or that sales and\/or turnover will be achieved. Attendance at the event is a contingency recognized as such by the exhibitor, and cannot be used as a basis for invoking the Organizer’s liability. <\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor is solely responsible for the works exhibited, for which he retains custody and bears the risks.<\/p>\n\n

The Salon participation contract does not constitute a deposit within the meaning of articles 1915 et seq. of the French Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n

In the event of a proven breach by the Organizer of its obligations, the Organizer is only liable for personal, foreseeable, material and direct damage caused to the exhibitor.<\/p>\n\n

It is not liable for immaterial, indirect and\/or unforeseeable damage. It is hereby specified that commercial prejudice, damage to image and loss of opportunity are considered by the parties as indirect and\/or immaterial damages. <\/p>\n\n

In any event and for any reason whatsoever, the Organizer’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the exhibitor to the Organizer for participation in the Show.<\/p>\n\n

Article 17 – Badges, admission cards and invitations<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Each exhibitor will be issued with free badges. The number of badges is calculated according to the surface area and location of the stand: details of the prizes are given on the application form. <\/p>\n\n

Additional badges are subject to a fee: conditions and prices are indicated on the application form.<\/p>\n\n

The badges included in the entry fee, as well as any additional badges for which a charge is made, will only be issued after full payment of the entry fee and, more generally, of all invoices issued by the Organizer.<\/p>\n\n

All badges, whether included in the price of participation in the Show or paid for in addition, are strictly reserved for staff employed on the stand or for artists registered with the Show.<\/p>\n\n

Each exhibitor is entitled to free invitation cards for his customers, depending on the size and location of his stand: details of the prizes are given when the registration is accepted.<\/p>\n\n

Additional invitation cards can be purchased by exhibitors. These cards entitle the holder to free admission at the cash desk, and must be presented directly to the control desk. They are only valid if stamped by the exhibitor offering them. <\/p>\n\n

Article 18 – Additional services<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Additional services are the subject of a special order under the conditions indicated in Article 8.<\/p>\n\n

They will be invoiced according to the rates indicated in the file and\/or on the Organizer’s website.<\/p>\n\n

Any service or technical modification requested less than 10 days before the opening of the Show will be subject to a surcharge of 20% on the advertised prices.<\/p>\n\n

Article 19 – Insurance<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to take out insurance with any insurance company of his choice, covering his civil liability for any damage suffered or caused on the occasion of the Show.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor takes out insurance covering any damage that may be caused to the works exhibited at the Show, in particular in the event of loss or theft, or damage to the works.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor shall provide the Organizer with a nail-to-nail insurance certificate stating the address of the Exhibition, the duration of the Exhibition and the insured value at the Organizer’s first request.<\/p>\n\n

Article 20 – Personal data<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Certain information and personal data concerning the exhibitor, his staff and the artists he has registered must be processed by the Organizer for the purposes of registration and participation in the Show.<\/p>\n\n

The following information concerning any person taking part in the Show must be communicated to the Organizer, the data controller:<\/p>\n\n

– Name,<\/p>\n\n

– First name, <\/p>\n\n

– Date of birth,<\/p>\n\n

– Phone number,<\/p>\n\n

– Mailing address<\/p>\n\n

In addition to his own personal data, the exhibitor may transmit to the Organizer the data of related natural persons, and in particular the personal data of exhibiting artists.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor declares that the natural person to whom the data transmitted to the Organizer relates has been informed and has accepted that his data be collected, transmitted to the Organizer and processed for the purposes of his participation in the Exhibition.<\/p>\n\n

The exhibitor retains proof of the individual’s agreement.<\/p>\n\n

Collection and storage are carried out in accordance with the legal provisions and regulations of all kinds concerning personal data in force, and in particular with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libert\u00e9s) as amended and the General Data Protection Regulation (R\u00e8glement G\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la Protection des Donn\u00e9es).<\/p>\n\n

The legal basis for the processing is the contract between the parties. The exhibitor’s personal data are processed for the purposes of participation in the Show and the execution of the contract. <\/p>\n\n

The personal data of third parties transmitted by the exhibitor is processed for the purposes of promoting the Show, in particular through digital articles. Processing is based on the consent of the persons concerned. <\/p>\n\n

Access to personal data will be strictly limited to employees of the Organizer authorized to process such data by virtue of their functions. The exhibitor is informed that personal data may be transmitted by the Organizer to third-party subcontractors, in particular for accounting and security purposes. <\/p>\n\n

All data is kept for one year following the end of the relationship between the Organizer and the exhibitor.<\/p>\n\n

In view of the Organizer’s legal and accounting obligations, personal data relating to contracts concluded with the exhibitor will be kept for ten (10) years following the end of the relationship.<\/p>\n\n

The organizer will be able to communicate on the exhibitors and the artists having taken part in the various editions of the Show until an individual objects to it.<\/p>\n\n

In accordance with legal and regulatory provisions, individuals have the right to access their data, the right to rectify it, the right to have it deleted, the right to limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to portability and the right to withdraw their consent.<\/p>\n\n

Individuals wishing to exercise their rights may contact the Organizer at the address given at the head of the contract. He\/she is informed that in the case of communication by post, the time taken to process the request may be longer due to the means of communication used. <\/p>\n\n

The Organizer reserves the right to request a document proving the identity of the person making the request before granting access to the data.<\/p>\n\n

The individual may lodge a complaint with the CNIL:<\/p>\n\n

– via its website in certain specific cases https:\/\/www.cnil.fr\/fr\/plaintes or via the complaints form in other cases,<\/p>\n\n

– by post by writing to CNIL – Service des Plaintes – 3 place de Fontenoy – TSA 80715 – 75334 PARIS CEDEX 07.<\/p>\n\n

Article 21 – Miscellaneous provisions<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n

21.1 – Surveillance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

A security service will be present at the show from the start of exhibitor set-up. However, this service is not liable for any accidents, fire, theft or damage of any kind that may occur. Exhibits may only be removed during the event on presentation of a paid invoice. Vehicles may be inspected. <\/p>\n\n

The Exhibitor shall make every effort to ensure the safety of the works exhibited during opening hours.<\/p>\n\n

21.2 – Sound system<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The Organizer is responsible for the sound system at the event. The operation of exhibitors’ sound and visual equipment may be restricted or prohibited by the Organizer if he deems it necessary. <\/p>\n\n
